All of our equipment had daily inspections and weekly maintenance. The Auto "V" Groover was used primarily for fabrication of Corian (solid surface) products manufactured for the convenience store, food service, supermarket and other related commercial applications. This unit was purchased in the early/mid 2000's. We had a new factory head assembly with the engineering improvements/updates installed approximately two years after purchase. When the financial meltdown of 2007/2008 occurred, the market abruptly halted. The unit remained in our fabrication facility, with periodic start-up and maintenance through 2012. Result-this unit has had very few hours of operation. We kept the unit in apprehension/hope of additional applications-wooden products, cabinets, etc. In 2014, as you will see in the photos, the unit was transferred to a safe sheltered location, behind locked gates at our primary home location in Villa Park, California. All three pieces were wrapped and covered with periodic inspections to confirm proper storage. Assembly components are boxed with the unit, please note in the photos there are also four (4) fabrication heads. There is some oxidation on the unit that can be removed with stainless steel and/or solvent. We have inspected the unit carefully the past two days. The tape rollers will need to be replaced. The photos were taken at all angles to verify the condition. Please note, in the main electrical compartment (door with lock), mice did chew on some wiring as noted in the photos-this is the only wiring flaw observed. The area was cleaned thoroughly and mice poison was placed inside the compartment. New air hoses (1/4 inch) will also need to be reinstalled on installation as well as vacuum hoses. The unit was in complete operating condition and serviced prior to the disconnect and moving process. The unit will require a knowledgeable technician for assembly and start-up. The unit is to be sold "As Is", based on inspection by the buyer.
