This automated edge machine was totally disassembled down to the frame painted and completely reconditioned. All polishing banks were totally rebuilt and all new computers / with updated soft wear was installed. The complete rebuild was done in 2006 at a cost of 75k. This machine was used only lightly after its rebuild. Factory Teck will certify this machine is ready to work. High volume line polishing is what this machine will do with the highest quality end results. Bullnose , flat polish , bevel and half round are just a few edges this tool will create with out effort and very fast . No touch up required on these edges when they come out of this tool!, just set the tool for the edge you want and watch it work! This machine today is still the state of the art for high volume line polishing and these tools are still produced in Italy almost exactly like this one. Many new stainless steel parts were added during its 2006 rebuild providing this tool a long second life. Many new in box replacement parts come with this tool as well as hoses bearings, seals, to many to count. This machine is ready to work. With proper notice this machine can be inspected at our factory in great working condition!
