Specs per the manufacturer: The automatic edge polishing machine LF12T has been specially designed for the continuous production of straight, gauged, regular bull-nose, bevels and grooves. The conformation and polishing is carried out in one single automatic operation managed by the PLC, by placing the material on a conveyor belt and going through a sequence of gauging, pre-shaping, polishing, beveling and cutting spindles.� Generator spindle motor power 2,2 kW/3 HP � Polishing spindles motor power 1,5 kW/2 HP � Beveling spindles motor power 1,5 kW/2 HP � Cutting spindle motor power 4 kW/5,5 HP � Belt motor power 1,1 kW/1,5 HP � Belt speed 0-1,5 m/min Pre-shaping spindles Pre-shaping of the bull-nose and other round forms (half bull-nose, pencil round etc.) are carried out by two diamond wheels, mounted at 45°, with direct transmission, pressurized and positioning with manual blockage. Polishing spindles A group of a flat diamond wheel, with automatic positioning and pneumatic blockage, and seven spindles with pneumatic work pressure carry out shaping and polishing of bull-nose and other round forms (half bull-nose, pencil round etc.). Calibrating spindle For grinding and gauging the thickness of the edge with a diamond cup wheel. Can also shape different forms. It has vertical, horizontal and angular manual adjustments.
