2005 Fraccaroli & Balzan Compact Waste Water Treatment Plant For Sale: Excellent working condition. We have two of these and have been keeping one as a backup in case we ever needed it which we haven't and now we need the space it's using so we need to sell. We can load it on a flatbed for the buyer. It will be operational for the next couple weeks if you want to see it running. This is a self contained unit. It would come with everything it needs to operate except an outside pump to pump the gathered water into it. The pumps to do that are sold separately and it is up to the person who would purchase the system to decide what size and type of pumps they would use. It comes with all its own air pumps and controls. Cycle Description: the waste water coming from the stone processing plant is conveyed into the pit, where a probe-controlled submersed pump automatically pumps the slurry up to the cylindrical decant tank. Before reaching the tank, the slurry is injected with flocculant which is prepared in the relevant station. The flocculant works on the solid particles suspended in the waste water, forcing them to stick together. This results in a shorter decantation time. The treated slurry is delivered to the decant tank through a central tube whose end opens up in order to decrease the flow speed. The clean water rises towards the top of the tank, reaches an upper channel and overflows into the built-in clean water tank. The water is sent back to the machines through a centrifugal pump. The mud deposited at the bottom of the decant tank is discharged into the mud tank by means of a pneumatic valve, and from here to the filter press through a diaphragm pump.
