2009 Marmo Meccanica LCT 522 CRI-MO Has a total of 9 heads, includes some tooling (bullnose profiling wheels). Machine specifications were taken from the manufacturer's web site and cannot be guaranteed for this machine. In addition to squared off or inclined edges, the LCT polishes toroidal edges and other convex shapes on slabs of marble or granite (F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O Ö). The machine is automatic and can work continuously; as long as the edges to be polished have the same thickness the pieces can be inserted one after another. Then they are carried by a conveyor belt through a group of automatic mandrels which bear a series of abrasives, from the coarsest grain to the polisher. These abrasives are the same type as those on a normal edge polisher. The used Marmo stone polishing machine includes 8 heads - one (1) 45 degree calibrating mandrel; two (2) shaping mandrels and five (5) oscillating mandrels; minimum material length is 250mm; minimum material length is 180mm; minimum material thickness is 10mm; 35 l/m (liters per minute) water consumption; 0 - 60 m/m feed speed; right to left feed direction; roller extensions; machine weight is 5,060 Lbs
