The bridge sawing machine LT FP/600 is manufactured for the cut and squaring of marble, granite, and stone slabs or thick strips. The top quality materials and the technical and engineering choices give the possibility to obtain the various products easily and with the highest precision. The head-holding bridge is made of a twin-beam strong structure of electric welded steel, which has been properly reinforced to guarantee strength and total absorption of vibrations. The bridge moves transversally on interchangeable hardened steel guides, protected and in oil bath, with automatic programmable translation. The system with interchangeable guides and hardened bearings guarantees the highest precision and performance in time, eliminating the costs for any revisions or rectifications. The bridge displacement, with sizes always appearing on a digital displaty, may be controlled by useful cloches from the main control panel or manually moved by a hand-wheel. The head unit slides on doble "V" shaped guides, protected and in oil bath, and its displacement is controlled by a gear motor with double pinions and racks. The antifriction material placed between the slides of the head-holding trolley and the sliding guides prevents their wear, thus assuring the highest precision and the best output of the disc. The head feeding and return speeds are independently adjustable by potentiometers from the main control panel. The head unit, equipped with inox crankcase covered with sound dampening material, may be oriented for the inclined cut up to 45°. The 360° turnable table has guided blockages at 0° - 45° - 90° positions. All the main controls are placed on a hanging push-button panel for an easier use.
