70 H.P. Schutte Buffalo Hammer mill. It is currently under power for a demonstration -Cultured marble was the material ground up in the mill -The max material size is anything that can fit in the hopper -The hopper size is around 64"x28" Length and width at the mouth and tapers to around 22"x 32" -It has interchangeable grates to produce specific particle sizing. - Max output per hour or day. This really depends on material being ground. We averaged in an 8 hour shift filling 6 supersacks with ground marble and granite. -The width of the Tungsten carbide hammers is 3" and the mill uses them in rows of 6. Currently in the mill are 12 installed with an extra 8 on the side. - Voltage motor hook up run at Lv 230/460 Hv - It is mounted on a structural steel sub-base. And the overall size for shipping breaks down with a foot print at 80"x 46" that sits on a steel base so over all height is around 10 feet.
