The Lucca 88 Super is a mono bloc two speed, 4 HP. mono head C arm polisher with some very unique capabilities and capacities. Materials from 3/8” to 4” thick with a length up to 12’ 4” can be accommodated. The machine has an automatic tool changer with a 6 tool carousel. This makes it possible to execute a run of the machine without human intervention. It also has a return without pause feature coupled with a high cross travel speed that make the production of the machine very high. It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, a set of material placement ‘squares’, and a hand held control switch that make the set-up of the machine very simple. The programming of the machine is very straight forward, and it can shape and polish any concave edge profile in all types of natural stone or man-made materials. All of the programs we have developed are included with the sale. We are the machines original owner, the machine has always been in use, and is currently under power and can be inspected as such for a limited time. The machine only has 950 hrs. of usage, has a new drive chain and is in very good condition. All related transformers, and buck boosters are included with the sale. Also included are a rebuilt polishing motor, other replacement parts, and abrasive bricks.
