Here how it processes the stone once material is placed on the conveyor. - Multi purpose blade cleans the edge if there is any imperfection due to cutting. You can also perform mitered edge cuts and notch cuts since this is an adjustable blade. - 8 heads straight edge polishing system provides the glossiest finish for your granite, marble, quartz and any kind of natural and engineered stones. - There is a calibrator grinder after the polisher heads in case the material is not consistent in the thickness. - After calibrating, there is a beveler and polisher head system for the bottom corner of the edge. - As the final step, there is a 6 head swinging polishing head system to finish the top corner of edge to provide the perfect round corner.
