Description Moving gantry machine in a front-to-back configuration with an 115" X 168" long stationary table, 82" X 150" process area, and multi-zone vacuum table supported by a 10 HP BECKER vacuum pump. (1) ELITE 10 HP ISO 30 type, push button, quick change routing spindle, (1) ELITE 5 HP wrench type routing spindle, both variable speed from 6,000 to 18,000 RPM and, (1) 8" Dynabrade random orbital sander. The AXYZ controller and hand-held pendant is a user friendly WINDOWS PC based control system with over (75) operator programmable functions, and can run DXF, HPGL and G-Code file formats. All axes move on STAR linear ways, and utilize high speed, high torque Servo motors driving rack-and-pinion transmissions; the gantry uses a double drive system.
