All structural components are hot galvanized to prevent corrosion. The K-LUX employs powerful motors to control the X and Y axis movements on a precision ground lineal gearing system. This system reduces backlash for precise, repeatable operations and long machine life. SIX ABRASIVE CO.ME.S HEADS ARE state of the art and BUILT TO LAST The internal design of the head has fewer parts than traditional designs. Instead of cams, the swinging arms employ a series of differential-sloping cogged gears to avoid any clearance issues preventing the arms from swinging evenly and consistently.
