Very Unique Machine Design made in Italy. 7-Head Profile and Straight Edge Polishing Machine. (Never mind that it says 5 on the front) Material is stationary and oscillating polishing carriage with all polishing heads moves left to right and reverse to finish the edge. This most unique concept saves space over a conventional inline edge polishing machine as the foot print of the machine is all the space you need. For a conventional inline edge polishing machine you will need to add twice the material length for your required foot print. On the other hand this Universal 7 speeds up the plishing process over a single head C-arm edge polisdhing by a factor of 6-10 times, since no manual tool exchanges are required and the polishing process is completed in one pass. Machine comes with 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Diamond tooling and abrasives provided with the machine as well! Technical Specifications: Minimum 10mm (3/8") up to 80mm (3-1/8") maximum material thickness Min. part length of 18" up to 10-1/2" maximum Min. part width of 12" to no maximum Narrower back splash profiles < 12" can be accomplished via a backsplash jig Capable also of smoothing underside of edge up to 3"-4" deep. Feed speed: Bullnose speed is approximately 1 linear foot/3 min. Eased Edge speed is approximately 2 linear feet to 3 linear feet/ min. depending on material and size of radius. Profiles with oscillation: Full bullnose, Demi Bull, Half-Bull, Bevel, Double Bevel, Eased edges all shaped and polished Profiles without oscillation: Such as Roman ogee, waterfall or triple pencil profile etc. Capable of using CNC profiles and therefore being the only edge machine to perform Ogee Polished(Optional Training and Tooling available) Easy to Program Total Machine Power 18 kw Coolant water consumption: 15-20 gallons/min clean water(not mixable with recycled bridge saw water) Air requirements: 125 PSI 12 CFM Voltage: 220V 3-phase, 60AMP Breaker line. Machine Size : 20'x6'x6, Weight approx. 10,000 Lbs.
